2. Permitted Use & Commercial License

All tools provided on MousyTools are 100% free of charge for both personal and commercial purposes. You are welcome to:

  • Process client photos, e-commerce catalog assets, and corporate graphic designs.
  • Optimize web images (AVIF, WebP, JPG, PNG) and generate production favicon packages.
  • Inspect meta tags, audit WCAG 2.2 color contrast, scaffold Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, decode JWT tokens, and translate cURL commands for commercial applications.

3. Intellectual Property of Your Content

You Retain 100% Ownership of Your Files

Because MousyTools operates strictly on a Zero-Upload architecture, your media, files, and code never reach our servers. We claim no intellectual property rights, ownership, or license whatsoever over any files, images, or code processed through our tools.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use MousyTools for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass client-side integrity measures.
  • Using automated bots, high-frequency scrapers, or DDoS tools designed to impair site availability.
  • Processing or distributing illegal, infringing, or malicious content.

5. Site Intellectual Property

The MousyTools brand, custom logo, visual design system, UI components, editorial text, and client-side tool implementations are the intellectual property of Brad Neve Basilio Hinostroza (MousyDev) and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MousyTools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test all algorithms (such as WCAG relative luminance calculations, neural segmentation models, and EXIF sanitizers), we do not guarantee that operations will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with obsolete browser versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MousyTools, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tools, including loss of data, corrupted local exports, or business interruption.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
